With years of experience in the business finance landscape, I understand how important it is to combine speed with reliability. What drives me is helping our clients achieve their ambitions. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking to clear my head and challenge myself physically.
With his profound knowledge of investment strategies, Max plays a crucial role within the Pearl Capital team. His strategic approach and persuasive communication make him the trusted advisor for affluent individuals and organizations. Many investors rely on his expert guidance in making critical decisions about their capital.
Eduard enjoys engaging with investors. With more than six years of experience in the investment sector, Eduard has developed a strong knowledge and provides his relations with sound advice. In his spare time, he plans to pick up golfing again, occasionally gets on his racing bike and has in the past sailed fanatically.
I’m Anna, the office manager at Pearl Capital. With five years of experience in the financial industry, I make sure everything in the office runs smoothly. I see myself as the spider in the web; my organizational skills and attention to detail help our team focus on what really matters.
In addition, I am half Portuguese, and have a passion for the sun and new hot spots. I strongly believe in creating a positive work atmosphere and encourage everyone to enjoy the little things in life, both inside and outside the office!
Nikita is an administrative jack-of-all-trades. She likes to keep files and bookkeeping in order, because after all, the numbers always have to add up. With her positive attitude, she often manages to motivate people to get the best out of themselves. She is the founder of a cooking club and also feels in her element as a hostess and cook. Disciplined, she does go to the sports studio twice a week for a session of Electric Muscle Stimulation to keep everything in balance.
Jacob leads Pearl Capital with a clear vision and strong leadership. His strategic and commercial insights have lifted Pearl Capital to new heights. He is an inspiring leader who believes firmly in his team’s potential. In his spare time, Jacob is a wine connoisseur who loves to discover new vineyards.
Erwin reviews files that raise questions about clients, objects and the like. The difference between “right” and “wrong” is determined by him. He also analyzes the portfolio. Erwin is the gatekeeper of Pearl Capital.
With years of experience in the financial sector, I have broad knowledge and expertise. I get satisfaction from making a valuable contribution to a joint result. With my strong managerial and coordinating skills, I keep an overview of the daily operations without losing sight of the end goal. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and play sports and padel regularly.
Justin’s innovative approach to marketing and his talent for storytelling have granted Pearl Capital a distinctive image. He is always looking for new trends and makes sure our brand stays relevant and attractive. Outside of work, Justin likes to explore new cultures and cuisines through travel.
I get energy from creating campaigns that really work. At Pearl Capital, I combine data, strategy and creativity to ensure that the right message reaches the right people at the right time. I believe that making an impact starts with a thoughtful approach and an eye for detail. Outside of work, I enjoy spending a lot of time with family and friends. Sports and paddling are my ways to stay active and clear my head.
